Owned for at least 2 years.
Pros: Soft cushion (of course hanging upside down, you're not pressed against the back, so cushion not very important), adjustable for height, belt secures the degree that you could hang, appearance, doesn't wobble when you're on it.
Cons: there are three holes on each side that you could adjust for balancing and angle. But in order to change this, you must take each side apart with a wrench thereby disingaging the arms. You must do both sides at the same time. Otherwise you will not be able to make the adjustments. Also, doing this by yourself is extremely difficult because the table is very heavy. It helps to have an extra set of hands. You must also make sure that the metal clasp is lined up with the holes for the screw and that each hand handle is in its notched out groove. I know it's hard to visualize what I mean, but if you've ever had to make the adjustments, you'd know what I'm talking about--- it's extremely taxing on your body and brain to make the adjustments. I am shocked that no one else brought this up; You can't fold it to get it out of your way. It will have to take up lots of space; My ankles kill me after a few minutes. I've tried ankle wraps, tape, using barefoot, shoes, extra socks, and it doesn't matter -- my ankles hurt regardless. If you get light-headed and queezy easily, an inversion table is not for you.
I have tried various teeter models that friends have, and like them much better.
As far as helping my back goes, it does help somewhat. I have bulging disc in lumber area and major arthritis. I used it for a good while and then stopped because of the pain in my ankles and the queeziness. I am again trying to get used to this inversion table. I'm thinking about a teeter model.. maybe the 950 or other.
