After exhaustive research, ordered the Sole 35 from the manufacturer. Paid extra to have it assembled. Big mistake. The assemblers missed several bolts/screws entirely and left several others untightened. The machine initially squeaked and thumped continuously. I located the missing/loose parts and fixed them. Still got a squeak from the handlebars. Called customer service who advised me to disassemble the handlebars and grease them. Fortunate that I have some mechanical ability. That fix seems to be working at least for now. But why wasn't greasing the handlebar assembly included in the assembly instructions to begin with?
If the machine does not develop more squeaks and thumps, I may begin to like it more. The jury is still out on this one.
