Let me start off saying I am coming back from a double severe wrist injury that coincided with a back injury. I was out for almost a year. I started exercising gently 4 months a go and ready to start building up.
All the reviews about the rest time are dead on! So frustrating. Even someone like me, knew to kettle, it made me nuts to have to wait. I felt bored and frustrated and felt the RHYTHM of the workout was ruined. I wanted and was hoping for something aerobic too. What I will do, sit down, sketch the exercise with a stick figure and write how many reps, and do the work out without the DVD, to music.
So disappointed.
