I was initially wary of this equipment but took a look at the various reviews, including a video review elsewhere and decided to buy it. It was a snap putting it together and my wife loves it. It folds up vertically so it can be put up against the wall and out of the way. We have not had any issues with the belt sliding off center and if the friction(or lack thereof) becomes a problem I also purchased the silicon spray. Only minor issue is sometimes I don't notice that the button on the odometer is stuck and it doesn't turn off until I 'unstick' it. All in all a good buy and recommended as a more economical replacement to the outrageously priced powered treadmills.
