#@: Shimano SPD SL Road Pedals Black

I'm just getting into cycling and wanted some clipless pedals. This being my first road bike and first set of pedals, I didn't want to shell out a lot of dough. After some practice and wearing in, they seem decent to get into and out of. Initially, I was pretty surprised at the effort needed to disengage them, but now I'm either used to it, or the cleats/pedals have loosened up/worn some. They are not weighted so as to always be right side up, so that is a little annoying, but you aren't really paying for any extras with these pedals. They also seem a little heavy, so if weight is a big deal, you'd be better off spending more for lighter ones. All in all they seem pretty good for my needs.
