First off, the Glide Bike has been extremely good for two different types of kids in my family: my littlest one who wants to be like his big brothers but still isn't ready for a pedal bike with training wheels as well as my oldest who used it to transition from his pedal bike with training wheels to no training wheels. It's been great for all of the kids who have used it.
Second, it's very well constructed and durable. This bike should last through multiple kids, if you have them, and even older kids will still enjoy gliding down the biggest hill they can find.
Last, the customer service from the Glide Bike company has been great. It was left behind my car and was run over one morning and the folks at Glide Bike were incredibly responsive, above and beyond, in helping me get the bike back to a usable condition.
Great product from a company that stands behind it.
