This was our second time to order this product, and again it was defective. This time it came without one of the two critically-important screws that hold the main bars together. We did not reorder after this second experience of incompetence. How easy it would have been for the Gold's Gym people to just send us the missing piece, but NO, it had to go through Amazon. Frustrating!
