I bought this product as I take a pilates class twice a week, and the instructor used them. I loved it so much that I bought one. My only complaint is that it seems to provide less resistance than the ones my instructor has. It still works the way it should, but I wish it provided more resistance. I never watched the DVD as I learned so may ways to use it from my instructor. There really are many ways to use it and work different muscles, it's even great for stretching! Definitely recommend it.
