This shoe comes through on a bunch of points.
Comfortable, good looking, ease of putting on, and adjustment.
It does not do anything for the muscles as far as I can tell - except give me a lower back ache if I have them on for too long. The soft insole squishes around, so I feel like I'm walking on shifting sand. Be sure to get the right size for you. My review may be tainted by having to go up to the size I ordered.
