The Ryka Women's Assist XT is easily one of the most comfortable shoes I have worn. They have great support and are amazingly light. I teach kindergarten and am on my feet for most of the day, so I have to have comfortable shoes. These got me through the day easily, although I taught all day, worked with my drama group in the afternoon, took my dog for a long walk and then cleaned house. I actually got this pair to wear to the gym. I may have to get another pair to wear to work and around town.
